I love the locations but the staff need to learn their manners.
The property managers are never in their office, the concierge are consistantly rude and apathetic to your needs.
Whenenver I go into the office for whatever I need they look at me as if they're really going out of their way to help me.
It's not a ritz carlton.
Don't make me feel like I need to wear a suit to get a decent help.
