You can either buy one of the condos or rent an apt, while you decide. I don't see myself buying a condo in the community. The floorplans are a bit too small for my personal liking. Nice location, short 20 minute walk to MARTA...mere seconds to 285.
You'll never escape crime...but I've been here 3 years and only one apt break-in. To my knowledge, only 2 car break-ins. I own a piece of junk...so the thieves would be doing me a favor.
Cool gym, tanning bed, nice pool area although there is this one lady who kinda reminds me of Magda from "Something About Mary". She's an interesting sight to see in her two-piece outfit.
