This Apartment/Condo/Whatever you want to call it complex is complete BS!.
They are so absurd they don't even know whether to call themselves apartments or condominiums.
The people in the office could care less about your satisfaction with living there.
I've been here 3-4 hears and can't wait to get out.
Every Friday morning I get awoken to yard workers banging chainsaws/weed eaters/etc.
out my window and I have to hear that ---- from 9am-2pm every Friday.
It's ridiculous.
I called the office to notify them but they don't care at all.
If you like a noisy place with beaners knocking on your window with their yard supplies every Friday then this is the place for you.
Oh and the parking situation is getting ridiculous.
I have a guest over and they have to drive up 4 levels across annoying speed bumps just to find a spot that's not reserved.
This place is garbage.

I think your very derogotory name calling for a sect of people who are only doing their jobs was un called for, further more most people start their work day at 9am so for you to be complaining about that was very petty of you. I am thinking about making a purchase in that complex and i hope you do move before i move in.
