From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007 1 response   I know you have heard the saying "Looks are deceiving" This apartment complex sucks. Summerdale Commons isn't a place you want to live or call home. The neighborhood is trashy. I have witnessed grown people pull up to the dumpster and just put their trash right on the ground (just plain sorry). Trash is all over the place. Management doesn't fix anything ( if you plan on moving here you better be a very good handy man/woman cause you will have to fix anything that is broken on your own). Teenagers constantly gamble on the porch of the rent office after hours. There have been several break ends in the last couple of weeks. My family and I don't feel safe here. We are getting out. JUST SAY NO!!! JUST SAY NO TO SUMMERDALE COMMONS. THEY NEED TO CLEAN UP THE NEIGHBORHOOD.
