this is a real comunity of creative and interesting people living in a wonderful building constructed in the late 1930s and converted into lofts in 1996. the spaces are large (my studio unit is 1800 s.f.) with all the modern conveniences, and you get a lot of square footage for your money. the building is pet friendly, even to dogs, which is becoming harder and harder to find in the atlanta rental market. the common areas are always kept clean, and the management is conscientious and available and responds timely to maintenance requests.
