run away quickly, what a nightmare! From: tcphoto Date posted: 10/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   The spaces are very cool, but after neighbors having rave parties and leaving steroes on overnight (property manager) it was time to get the hell out of there. There is inconsistant parking policies that caused a clients car to be towed and it cost me $105. The walls are not insulated adequetely and the noice is terrible. The windows in my space were the original ones and winters were especially cold. If the property manager gave a damn, it would have been a pleasant place. She had her favorite residents and everyone else was on their own. You know it's bad when you can't get a replacement air filter for the hvac... I had mold growing on it and asked for it to be replaced. You would have thought that I asked for my space to be repainted. By the way, it was not touched in the four years that I was there. Should I even mention the breakins or the armed robberies in the parking lot'
