I have lived here for 2.5 years and can honestly say this community is very charming when you first visit... Now the pros would be: 1.underground parking 2.no bugs 3.quiet (unless you have someone walking by on the breezeway-- but thats NOT a big deal) never saw my neighbors EVER 4.gated 5.VERY peaceful 6. great location CONS: 1.I have seen this community go through 3 management companies... The first one, RAM was the best!!! The people there now are okay but not always as friendly (you know how 'metro sexuals' are-- sometimes much like women). 2.The tighest parking spaces ever... and the garage needs some SERIOUS pressure washing..along with the stairwell. 3.Elevator does go through its breakdown span, its dirty and has not been serviced by the State either in over a year (you know that little card in ALL elevators). 4. Breezeways are usually dirty 5. 650 sft for $650 -- $1 per sf.. we can do better elsewhere as far as the value. Its not worth it. 6. Lots of trash every where 7. What good is a trashshute if its always backed up or broken.
When I first moved there it definitely was a lot more kept up.
But for the area, its the second cheapest around-- nice but just not nice enough

I don't see these problems! I think its great value. Okay, the deck could use a little pressure washing. But my elevator was serviced in October!
