resident for 1 yr now and renewing lease to stay From: law326 Date posted: 1/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   the complex has seen it share of the change. there is a new property manger onsite and she is a helpful, and polite lady. I think if given a chance she'll be able to bring some much needed change to the Asbury family. I was going to put in my notice to move but after meeting and talkling to her I have decided to stay on as a resident.
