I have lived here for almost three years. The community was great when Patrick was the property manager. He handled every problem promptly & with care. He also kept the property looking beautiful! Now it has gone from luxury to almost unliveable! The apartments are mold infested. Management take their time about adressing issues. My shower was broken for over a month, the problem was not addressed until I threatend to call the corporate office. The ceiling in my laundry room flooded, from a bathroom in an apartment above mine, it took management almost three months to address the issue, because of this, mold accumulated in my laundry room causing me and my daugter to become ill. Management still waited another month to address the issue. When I asked for my rent to be adjusted due to lack of customer service, I was told that could not be done, the only thing they could do is apologize. You tell me' You spend nine hundred dollars a month in rent, in a mold infested , broken shower unit and all you can recieve is an apology'I dont think so! Not acceptable! I cant wait until my lease is up. I'm running as fast as my legs will go. LoL

You people are soo picky... The solution to your problem is move into a house where you control what happens. It's an apartment complex, so what do you expect. If you want to deluxe service move to somewhere more expensive but I'm sure you will have complaints about that also. I HATE complaining people. JUST MOVE AND SHUT UP!!!!!!!!

the only problem i can find with 'barclay at dunwoody" is snooty residents who think life will be without problems. the complaints i've seen posted here are merely nuisances, nothing more. chill, people, chill.

That is your choice to leave but I guarantee that you are going to have problems where ever you live. No matter where you stay there will never be a perfect apartment complex. If you and your daughter really got sick over mold infection (whatever) you would have left the complex with no hesitation. I dont understand how you ask for your rent to be reduce. Thats crazy.
