I've only lived there for afew weeks now and I would have to say from a young male adult I respect that the concierge greets you and knows you be face and not only by name. The sevice is responsible and they keep the building and the landscaping nice and clean.
One thing that have probably used the most would have to be the ofice area. The computers are nice and fair and even allows you to hook up your laptop. The maid service I HEARD was fair. Prices range from how much you need and the price amazed me, I think I will try it out this upcoming week. The amenities keeps you occupied without leaving the residence. If you want to get out the house the Marta station is a walk away. I think I will enjoy this place and get to know the place better.
