When I first moved in I was a little disappointed in the office staff. Whenever I would try to call their phones would always be flipped over to their answering service and I had a really hard time to get anyone who actually worked there on the phone. Lately, however, things have completely turned around. Amli has a new propery manager, Jim, who is absolutely wonderful! He really goes above and beyond to make sure the tennants are taken care of. He gets things done properly and on time. I think once he got to the Clairmont location he weeded out the bad seeds. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a good place to live!
