I have lived at AMLI at Clairmont for over 5 years and have seen many managers come and go over the course of these 5 years, the newest manager Jim Stabler is the first one that I can honestly say has made a difference, he is friendly and has a can do attitude that has been very lacking in the past 10 managers, he has made improvments to the property and has great customer service skills with weekly newsletters and we had a great Holiday dinner, the first one that actually had people in attendance having a good time. I will remain at AMLI at Clairmont as long as Jim stays, I was going to move this year as I have suffered numerous times with poor service and a serious lack of interest on the part of office and maintenance. Things seem to be back on their way up again after a very long hiatus.

People have commented that it seems that AMLI at Clairmont management writes bogus positive reviews. I don't know if that is true or not, but this one really seems like it was written by Jim Stabler himself (or whoever was writing the newsletters in 2002-2003). If not, then I apologize. However, the newsletters we regularly received in 2002-2003, after Jim took over as manager, regularly had misspellings and grammar mistakes. One of the most prevalent ones in the newsletters were run-on sentences such as those displayed in this review (multiple sentences separated only by commas, creating long run-on sentences, rather than being separated by periods). I mean, look at the first "sentence" of this review. Maybe there are just several people with an enthusiastic love of commas, but the coincidence is just a little much for me...
