it's your cookie cutter apt. complex, not much charm, but the buildings look pretty nice. i feel safe with gate and alarm. the floor plans are cute, and we had brand new carpet which was nice. the maintenance is pretty good, and the staff friendly. i hated the roaches and the centipedes in the summer, and had a black widow once! but i think most apartments get bugs sometimes...
