Weak in customer service

As a prior resident if there is never anything that needs attention you will be alright. Most of my complaints revolve around the time it takes to get any word back from this complex. I have waited a week to hear a reply in e-mail. This is a typical time frame . Ok no email how about calling them, most of the time you gat a machine and in my few cases no call back. Emergencies are handeled ok, but because they seem to have to much to do small but important things get swept aside.
