I've lived here for about 9 months and I hate it.

Like the other reviews maintenance is very helpful, but management sucks. I live on the top floor and I have prehistoric roaches in my apartment, I think they are coming in throught the patio, monthly I have my apartment sprayed and I must admit that I am a neat freak but I continue to have this problem. I've had 2 chipmunks or rats in my apartment I called management who ordered pest control, and told me they didn't know how to handle the problem.

The walls here are super thin! Management refuses to move you to a less noisy apartment. They say they are going to handle the situation, but their idea of handling nosey neighbors is placing a note on their door. This only makes situations worse.

These apartments are old and loud. The gates are always broken. Management is always hosting events and what not on the grounds, how about they spend that money making the walls thicker and upgraded these ancient appliances.

Parking is horrible, there are always non handicap people parking in Handicap parking, or parking illegally on the curb.
