We were there for a year, and that was enough for us! The ants, the roaches, the "heavy footed monsters" who must have been lifting 200 lbs barbells at 1:30am in the morning were enough for us! We had "black outs", we had "brown outs", our heating broke down in the winter, our air conditioner broke down in the summer. For nearly 3 weeks we had no central air! We nearly lost all of our appliances due to an electrical back surge in the "outside" fuse box! And they told us that we ran too many hairdryers and that we loaded our washer with too many clothes for it not to work!

Maintence was and is great! The apartments are old so put it this way it spells "job security" for the maintence workers! As for the "corporates" from Amli, their policies are less than to be desired. You are far better off getting a high interest loan from the local "loan shark" than dealing with their "corporate policy." There was only one person we could recommend that you work with there and her first name starts with a J! All the others come and go like MacDonald's Management!

Yes, the gates are 9 times out of 10 broken. All kinds of people come and go out of the apartments and there's no telling who lives there and who doesn't.

You pay for the convenience if you work in Atlanta, but that's about it! If you are looking for a place to rent let this place be your last choice!
