We have lived at AMLI for the past year in a two bedroom apartment.

Top 10 reasons NOT to live here:

10)If you live on the top floor like we did, you will for sure hear the foot monsters at all hours!
9)Brown and Milky water
8)Insect friendly environment aka ants and roaches become your new best friends despite pest control
7)Flooded bathrooms and tiolets b/c older complex but not acceptable multiple times
6)No need to know the code for the walk-in gate b/c always open for shady characters
5)Hit and Run
4)Don't be fooled by the 2 pools which is probably yellow looking from all the kiddies in it peeing
3)Once you sign the lease you are LOCKED in regardless of how unsafe, uncomfortable, your apartment issues, and unhappy you are living here.
2)NO AC in middle of summer 90 degree weather for weeks b/c old, leaky AC unit they couldn't fix. Had to take sleeping pills to sleep.
1)Rude and Unresponsive Staff (except for someone whose name starts with a J)

Top 3 reasons we didn't give the Amli a 1 rating
3) Location - close to interstate, Target, and Kroger
2) Maintenance - VERY helpful and friendly and quick to respond to issues.
1) Price - Cheaper then most in area

SEEMS THAT "J" WHICH IS REALLY JOY IS THE ONLY ONE WHO CARES....AMLI GIVE THAT LADY A RAISE AND FIRE THE REST. RESIDENTS SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET TROUGH THE GATE. IF A RESIDENT PAYS RENT MAKE SURE THEY CAN GET THROUGH THE GATE!!!!!!GET MY POINT YET?
