These apartments are over priced and run down. All the gym equipment is broken and the pool stays filthy. The carpet and cabinets are all broken somehow. they have roaches and the crime is unbelievable. T
They trick you into thinking your apartment will look like the model.WRONG!!!!!! There is never enough hot water and management changes once a month. they average one break in per month and still have no security. this is a dangerous place.
I warn anyone who lives her. And they are known for not giving back deposits!!!!

Did you tell the office you were dissapointed? The gate works fine I go in out all the time and have had no problems. Did you let the office know you are having problems with the gate? Did you say anything about the fitness equipment either? Your apartment should not have been dirty, let them know you are upset and let them have the chance to make things right. Break in??? I have not heard of a break in, if you know of it let the office know. They will send out a letter letting everyone know what is going on in the community so we can be on the look out, a break in has not happened in a long while and I do not blame the commuinty for any break ins it's not their fault. You live in a large city.

Staff obviously wrote this response!!! HEY I'M A RESIDENT, AND I ALWAYS HAVE TROUBLE GETTING THROUGH THE GATE!!!!!!! COME ON AMLI, YOU GUYS CAN DO BETTER. YES BREAK-INS HAPPENED AND RECENTLY. CRIMINALS CAN GET IN BUT RESIDENTS CANT....NOT ONLY DOES AMLI HAVE POOR MAINTENANCE WITH THE FRONT GATE AND APARTMENTS, BUT PER THEIR RESPONSE STATED ABOVE-THEY LIE. SOMETHING I HAVE KNOWN ALL ALONG. THEIR RESPONSE JUST PROVES IT. HEY HERE IS A TIP, IF A RESIDENT PAYS RENT, MAKE SURE THEY CAN GET IN THE GATE. IT'S NOT THAT HARD.

in reference to staff. yes, the staff knows all of this and still dont do ----, next time staff, please spend your time fixing up the community instead of arguing with tenants who help pay your bills. GEEZ the damn nerve!
