No, no and no. Don't live here. Spend your money at a community that actually cares about their residents. This IS WITH OUT A DOUBT the worst experience I have ever had renting. I have spoken with the office on many occassions, most often they were rude and unsympathetic. The front entrance gate NEVER works, and I have often found myself wondering how will I get in (after office hours.) Hey, mabey I will just sleep in my car, regardless of the fact that I pay rent. Sounds nice and enviting right, oh yes it gets worse.... After not being able to access my own apartment, I called the emergencey number and no one came. I have reported the mold growing at the floor board in my kitchen five times and yet it hasn't been corrected. No to mention the roaches, spiders and other criters. Parking is horrible. Crime is high. The Maintenance crew is a JOKE. Run, run and keep on running. Do your self a favor and say NO.

Hey, I wrote the response "This place sucks" back in 2007. The only reason I still see these reviews is that they come to my Email address. It seems as though many resident have had the same experience as I have. Not to mention, the Amil staff is totally placing responses and adds to make the place seem better. It is pretty obvious because they are not very intelligent. The office is a bunch of ------- who would rather deny your problems than address them. They will make you feel guilty for placing service calls and following up on them. I did not live rent free when my air conditioner and microwave broke, I refused to pay you rent. A little update, before I lived at this Amil location, I lived at two other apartment complexes and one house, with a landlord handing problems/issues, and have not had such a bad experience ever. The comments about appliances being very old and ------ is very accurate. After Amil, I bought a condo built in the '80. I have been here over a year, and I have only had to replace one appliance, which was much easier than the process of having the Amil staff "take care of my problems." I have not had my car broken into. Nothing has been stolen from my place. I know rental places are not always the best, but avoid this place.
