In a year I've witnessed it All:
Cops everywhere a next door neighbour sprawled across the Hood of his $70,000 SUV with Cocaine in plain view....
Maintenance staff bringing home thugs from the Bar, causing fights, gunshots and the victim was actually shot then Run over by his murderers in the parking lot. Meat and blood smeared all over. Ghastly.
Our cars constantly being cased by Stereo thieves nightly- 3 car stereos Later...
Neighbours jumping thier leases constantly in the middle of the Night...
Filthy and non functional Facilities.
