I love the location of this property, and I love the apartment-very spacious, great view, affordable rent. The parking lot is well-lit and I usually do not have a problem finding a place to park. My chief complaint is the leasing staff-they were great to work with when my roommate and I were moving in, but since then have forgotten the meaning of good customer service and the fact that I am still paying a good chunk of my monthly salary to live there. If you have a problem that needs resolving, be prepared for a tiresome argument. I have heard the phrase "OK but you have to understand where I?m coming from" numerous times when all I want to hear is "I?ll take care of it right away". I would recommend this place only if you are an extremely low-maintenance type of resident who does not expect to have any issues arise.
