Post Lenox Park is roughly 20 years old but in decent shape for its age. Parking is adequate (except during Fourth of July weekend), the maintenance staff is fantastic, and the pool and health facilities are above average. I had no noise problems with tenants, but apartments near Roxboro Road will get plenty of ambulances and motorcycles passing by in the middle of the night.

Management changes frequently. I am not a fan of the current management as they show no leniency on policies and make it crystal clear how much trouble it is to get something done for their tenants. Post also has a policy of not lowering rent on lease renewals, which the tanking housing market does not currently support. Rent at this complex is overpriced as it is.

Post is pulling out of the Atlanta market. There are better apartments with better prices to choose from in the Lenox Park area. Working with the management at Post Lenox Park is infuriating and not to be recommended.
