First of all, the apartment's location and neighborhood are great. It's far enough from Buckhead to avoid the revelers & noise down by the bars, but it's close enough to enjoy the malls, shopping, restaurants. Next, although there have been car break-ins, etc., I still feel relatively safe. What apartment complex doesn't have petty crime' Also, although the staff may take prodding at times, I think they've been very reliable and friendly and accommodating during our stay. Post was also kind enough not to raise our rent. I think it just takes getting to know your leasing agent. I am moving out soon, but have enjoyed living here. Finally, I almost forgot, another bonus to living here is that you can enjoy the park across the street and there are great running/exercise routes around this neighborhood.
