These apartments are nice enough, the maintenance guys are GREAT and the location is good, but the crap that you have to deal with the management is not EVEN worth it. They are all smiles and happy as they are always telling you "no", "its not our policy" and "sorry, can't help you." You might as well check in once a week to see if you have any packages because they would never go out of their way to let you know that something had been sitting in their office for ages. Any concern that you may have with your lease, rent or safety issues with the apartment will be greeted with a "its not my problem" attitude. Even if you have a perfect record with paying your rent/bills and maintain a cordial relationship with them don't expect any help. Our mail has been stolen and there is still an easily accessed mailbox for anyone to take wrong delivered mail out of despite requests to move it. After some cars were broken into, we were met with "well, you are in atlanta. . ." attitude instead of "we are right on it." I have gotten to the point that thinking of their faces makes me sick to my stomach. I can't wait to get out of here. GOODBYE POST.
