I have lived at Post Lenox Park for over a year and enjoy the location, tremendously. There are other niceties that make it a decent place to live, but most revolve around the location, proximity to the park, etc.

However, the management is horrible. They'll do everything they can to get you to move in, but once in, every bit of responsibility for everything is shifted to you. Make sure to get anything they tell you, in writing. They will disavow all knowledge of events and conversations that have transpired and give you the runaround and even flat out lie, about anything that they have said. They pretend to play dumb, a lot, to resolve situations but I'm beginning the think they aren't playing.

If something happens and they messed up, you get an attitude of indifference, like all of the bad things that you encounter (neighbors' apartments getting broken into, my apartment getting flooded, etc.) just comes with the territory. They are rude and very fake. Do not trust the management.

I will be buying a townhome in the area. Do yourself a favor and look around before moving in here.
