I've read all the reviews talking about negative experiences with the management staff. My experience has been completely different: whenever I've had packages/boxes left for me, they would provide me with options for picking it up - either in their office (which closes at 6 pm so tough for me to make it with my work schedule), in a safe place outside of the office, or occasionally they would drop it off in my apartment. Whenever I had service requests, which you can enter online, in person, or via the phone, etc., they would usually get back to me in minutes (and I mean literally 5 minutes a couple of times) to tell me that they were right on it. Then the service requests were always taken care of within 1-2 days.

I can't think of any breakins that have occured during my stay or infestation problems, but I keep my apartment clean and can't speak for other residents. Maintenance will spray your apartment with non-poisonous stuff too if you request.

All in all a great location and good deal.
