I've lived at Post Lenox for almost two years and for the most part, my experience has been hassle free and quite pleasant. The only time I've ever had an issue was when my hot water heater leaked, but the leasing agent I dealed with was very quick to act on it and extremely accomodating and nice. Maintenance has always responded to my minor problems within 24 hrs., usually 12. The only complaint I have is the turn over in the leasing office. I don't really care for the people that are working there right now; they are a bit rude and not friendly at all. Thankfully, I have not had to deal with them much or at all. Overall I feel pretty safe living by myself. I love the area and the location. I am sad to say that I will soon be moving out and moving to midtown with my boyfriend. I will miss Lenox Park very much. I think bitter, unhappy people come to this site to vent and take their frustrations out. These complaints don't seem warranted.
