Ive lived here for about 6 months so far and have had a pleasant experience.
Let me go into what sucks really quick. NO MICROWAVES... an obvious inconvenience, especially if you are one of the unfortunate ones who did not get in here under a good deal. I was lucky and got a great deal on a two bedroom, meanwhile some people are paying $200 more for there one bedroom then im paying for my two... but anyhoooo.... ok so no microwave... NO WASHER/DRYER... come on man, these are the basics... and the pet fee is a ridiculous $750... unreal.
What you pay for here is the Lenox Park location... thats about it. I will tell you this... MAINTENANCE IS AWESOME!! Ive had some minor things that needed fixing and they were done before i returned home for work that same day (on two seperate occasions).
PLENTY OF HOT CHICKS... this is for sure... if u are yuong and single.. this is the spot for you (Lenox Park in general).. but my God there are so many hot little ----- walking around out here, its crazy. The two ---------------------------------- are pretty hot as well. But anyway... im rambling here.
Overall not a bad place, but for most people, slightly overpriced for what you get.
