I was first impressed with the web site for these apartments (www.thegroveatlenoxpark.com), because I was moving from St. Louis and had never been to Georgia. The staff and web site were so helpful with my initial quesitons I felt comfortable signing sight unseen, and I didnt even look anywhere else (very unlike me)!

It just got better when I arrived - the apartment was clean and so huge, the landscaping, and lakes, were breathtaking. I was worried about the noise of being on a big street, but all I hear are the fountains on the lake and the birds. The deck is my favorite place to sit (screened in with a fan)! What a great intro to the South!

Pros:
* Great walking/ jogging paths
* Amazing landscaping
* Clean (inside and out)
* Proactive and attentive maintenance staff (they actually prompt requests!)
* Truely caring front desk staff
* First class ammenities (pool, new tennis court, laundry on site and/or in unit, business center, etc.)
* GREAT location- all the comfort of a secluded wooded/ lake area with the convenience of being just miles from Peachtree
* Dog (/pet) friendly (doggie stations set up frequently along dog paths, no pet rent)
* Gated entrance
* Close (within 5 min walking) to ATT campus

I've been living in apartments for 6 years and Ive not seen better management.
No complaints.
