I really looked forward to moving into The Heights when I moved back into Midtown. However, in just 3 short months I have been wishing I could leave. The postings about loud music, fights, trash and noise could not be more true. I have personally called the courtesy officer on more than one occasion and NEVER have got a call back. The management staff are rude and insensitive. ------ has no idea how to run a property and should be FIRED! I have also called the corporate office with no return call or email. Please take everyone's advice and STAY AWAY! My lease is up in a few weeks and I getting the HELL out of here!!!

Sorry your stuck in that dump. One of the cool things about the internet is the ability to call out bad companies like these. Next time you should check the reviews before moving into a complex. I hired an attorney and broke my lease early with no penalty and even got my deposit back. Well worth every penny!
