Staff is not very responsive, and they keep poor records. If you rent here, be certain you make triplicate copies of everything you submit to the office, and have a member of the office staff sign, print their name, and date everything. (Bring a notary if you have to.)

I absolutely agree! I was supposed to get a washer and dryer within the first week that I moved into my apartment. I didn't get it until 2 months later. They put washers and dryers in the new apartments where no one lived before they put them in my apartment where they were supposed to be before I moved in.
In addition when I moved out of my apartment the manager told me that they would transfer the water bill out of my name, well that didn't happen until 2 months later as well.
If you want the office to do anything that is not run of the mill, you have to physically go to the office and ask them repeatedly to do it. Because they will smile at you and tell you yes, and not do it.
