Great place to live From: eternalcynic Date posted: 2/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I can't believe I live in the same apartment complex as "anonymous". I've been at Walton Falls for 3 months and am very pleased. Yes, I hear noises. I hear my neighbor upstairs walking around. Sometimes it's a lot of noise but most of the time it's very quiet. This is to be expected in an apartment. I've never heard my next door neighbor. Sometimes I do hear cars starting in the parking lot or engines running. But, I'm on the ground floor and expect this. I can't imagine anyone calling the management staff here horrible. They've been very accommodating and pleasant. I have never dealt with a friendlier staff. I've had a few minor problems which required maintenance. Each time I've requested work done it was completed by the end of the following day. My only real complaint is the parking. But, most of that problem is created by the building across from me. No big deal, sometimes I have to walk an extra 100 feet or so. I can live with this. I'm not pleased I'm forced to pay my utilities through One Point. On my first bill in addition to the $10 processing fee they marked up power 1 cent per kilowatt. Then the second month power went up another penny per kilo. I would much rather pay the utilies direct. You mention trash outside your apartment. Did you put it there' I have never seen any trash on the grounds. Occasionally someone will inappropriately discard a small amount of trash but the grounds people usually have it gone the same day. Sounds like sour grapes on the part of "anonymous". I haven't had a single problem inconsistent with apartment living. I've lived in apartments for more than 20 years. I can say from experience this is one of the finest communities I've lived in. The neighbors are friendly and the staff exceptional.
