My roommate and I moved in a couple of years ago and at first we really liked it here. The apartment is very cute and close to work. When the new management took over in November things went downhill fast (just look at the reviews on this website for proof of that). They are so unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Now our maintenance requests are either totally ignored or we have to make repeated calls just to get the simplest thing done. Everyday when you come home there is a new note on your door from management telling you about the latest thing that wont be tolerated or telling you that they will be in your apartment at 8am the next day, which means you either have to shut your dog in the bathroom all day or make arrangements for someone to dog sit for you. Definitely not a pet friendly place to live! I was complaining at the mail center one day to someone and this guy walked by and told me he was trying to organize a rent strike. LOL! Rent strike or not, I am definitely out of here when my lease is up and I will never live in another fairfield run complex again if this is how they operate.
