The only good thing nice about the apartment is the price. Since I have been here, there have been 1 rape and 1 murder too many that I'm aware of. Imagine coming home and having part of the parking lot tapped off because someone was shot in broad day light or coming out of your apartment to see a naked woman that had been raped next to your car. I've had a rat the size of a 12 foot shoe in my apartment and 3 dead ones in the outside hallway. How disgusting'
The neighbors are ghetto. Instead of parking in a parking space, they park directly in front of the walk way. So, you have to knock on their door to ask them to move their car to get out of your parking space. The office will give you an idea of how well this property is taken care of.
