AND AS THE YEARS WENT BY THE LIVING CONDITONS BECAME WORSE AND WORSE. MANAGEMENT AND RESIDENTS SELECTIONS WERE INCONCEIVABLY PITIFUL. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX.
