I haven't lived in the place but I will definately agree with some of the others that Terri (male office worker) is pushy and on the shady side. Cieling fans aren't an option in the bedrooms if that is a big deal to anyone.
The grounds are well kept though and the renovations should be nice when they are done.

Yea. My girlfriend and neighbor have dealt with him. She advises to AVOID him at all costs if you plan on getting anything done or a real response. Also, I've heard that he might be getting fired. Let's pray he does

Are any of you still living here? Please, this property and management is a joke. I hope you carry mace or a gun when you have to go outside at night to protect yourself from all of the thugs and the riftraft that live and hang around this property.
