Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
My fiance lived there and we ended up living together in a one bedroom for 6 months. Why' The ceiling leaked. CONTINUOUSLY until it fell out all together in the bathroom. I mean I walked in and there it went. He called the office we waited 4 days. I called the office and told them the apartment was uninhabitable if the bathroom was unaccessable and so we would deduct the days from the rent we were unable to use the bathroom. Oh they showed up alright. They did a quick fix. Two days later ceiling fell in again. In the bathroom and in the foyer where the AC unit was located there was a leak and the condensation had built up and was now causing the plaster from the ceiling to flake off and drip down. Causing the floor to now be wet. We didnt have any roach problems just Continuous roof and water leakage problems. This was in 401C. There was mold. It was horrible. I hate to even say I lived there. And the gates were always broken. ALWAYS or just open. Anyone could come in. I mean if we're paying for controlled access. CONTROL IT. Plus its in the heart of all the wanna be scenesters...I've moved to Sandy Springs. Not worth the convience.
