The summit a Lenox is a ghetto in the heart of Buckhead. This slum dump i stay in is the worst. Arabs, old people and wanna be gang bangers are what makes up this place. Infested with roaches, trash and graffiti. I live in building B, and the place has an awful stinch when entering the building.Trees with acorns falling down on cars,squirrles everywhere running around.This place needs to have a wrecking ball come through it. This place is located on Lenox Rd. one of the most popular roads in Buckhead and this place make Lenox Rd. looks bad. Dont move here, we must boycot this ------ slum dump.I cant wait to move.

Oh another thing the power shuts off unexpectdedly all the time. and the fire alarm goes off, quite often

I had the same experience as you had. Most significant here is the dominance of loud and dirty black people who will make life hell for you.
