Due to a mass exodus , hundreds of people left this place in 2005 because of the high crime and dirty noisy shabby blue collar neighbors. The management decided to change the name from "Summit at Lenox" to "Heights at Lenox". Do not be forced into deception. I still live here due to my lease agreement. Many loud black people live here who abuse others from the patio. Be wary of apartment C 404. The guys living there are all dangerous and abusive to other people.
At least once every 15 days we experience someone knocking on our door in the middle of the night. Unsafe place!!!

I wonder if this renter would prefer loud white people.

Loud white people are preferred to loud black people cos black people look and usually are more dangerous. In the past 4 years, 17 crimes were committed on this property including 2 murders and 3 shootings. In all the 17 cases, the suspects were black.

Racism aside, because there are racists in every damn corner of the world...I'm not looking to get jacked up or shot at. Is crime really an issue. I admit to being a bit naive about this cess pool called Atlanta, but I thought the area would be a bit safe given its location.
