I lived there for a year and broke my lease and walked away. There were a ton of hip-hop wannabes and dumb ------- all over the place keying cars, burglarizing apartments, yelling and hooping lke monkeys in the hallways and throwing beer bottles from the balconies. It is an unsecure, dangersous, black infested cesspool of ghetto rejects that happend to make it to Buckhead. Bad ------- that think they are the ----. Stay away. I agree with the post. The property is infested with roaches and ghetto ------ and I am NOT exagerrating. They have a 30 day guarantee so if you think you made a mistake, you can cancel your lease in 30 days. This place is more dangerous than the black hood. Many rap stars and rude ni----rs are moving here with guns in their pockets. Just make sure you know what to expect if you move in.
