First of all, the manager is changing every 6 months. When one of them promises something, the other one doesn't know it, so they don't keep their promises.
I went to a vacation and when I came back my apartment was robbed. Then I called the police and they said it was a busy area and I waited for the police to come for 3 hours!! The very next day, I got a court notice because they sued me for not paying the rent when I was away. However, I gave a check one week before I went, and they deposited to the wrong account and it took them a while to find out what happened!! Another night, there was a group fighting and breaking car windows. We even heard gunshots many nights. The gates were usually open. The parking was terrible.
As a result, don't even think of living there if you want to feel safe.
