After living here for 5 months and having a murder happen LITERALLY 30 ft down the hall from me, I've decided to move out. There is a list of things that are wrong here.
I'll start off by saying you cant control your own air conditioning or heating. 2nd of all, they dont replace any air filters anywhere so its EXTREMELY DUSTY.
3rd of all, I've asked to have a fan fixed in my kitchen and they came 3 times before replacing it and now the dumb person wired it wrong so it trips the breaker everytime I turn it on.
4th - The halls are horrible, you constantly smell weed and the stairwells are terribly dirty and dont EVER get cleaned.
5th - The management staff is horrible. Do not ever deal with these people. While moving out, you have to amend to their rules... They will only do walk-outs early in the morning or lunch.. Its as if they dont think that people have real jobs and a 15 minute walk through cant be done in the afternoon after work''
6th - The community is definately shady and sketchy.. If you want any sense of security,.. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
7th - You definately get what you pay for.. a cheap apartment that is dirty, never maintained and most of all.. the walls are extremely thin so you hear your neighbors.
8th - Did I mention a murder that they have never found out who committed it'
9th - THERE ARE ------- ------- EVERYWHERE.. THIS IS DEFINATELY GANGSTA'S PARADISE!
