Gangster neighbors

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
Dirty, loud and intrusive neighbors who smoke in elevators and in the corridor. Overall a high crime area. 905 people are good. Its the few ------- Americans who hang out all night outside the buildings that have made the property bad.
