People of all races live here but the nuisance is mostly from ------. I have good Black friends and I am not racist but facts are facts and the loudest, dirtiest and most intrusive neighbors on thois property are Black, can't help it. There have been numerous break in attempts, a murder and more than 10 mugging attempts in the past few months! The gates are always open, the front gates to buildings have a security code while the back gates are wide open where drug dealings occur. Atlanta police can easily catch them if they wait for them in any of the stairways where a side business of selling marijuana and PCP is rampant.

If you like cleanliness, peace and discipline and if you value your safety, stay away. I am a current tenant and will move out in June. Am stuck because of lease, roommates have already moved after one was mugged.
