I am a former resident and currently have a lawsuit pending against Summit based on a claim of inadequate security. My attorney and I are attempting to locate people who lived at the complex anytime from 2000 through 2004, regardless of what their opinion of the property may be. If you lived there during that time, please contact my attorney, Andy Rogers, as indicated below.

Hi I live in the Heights of Lenox from 2004 to 2006. In this time my car was stolen, both my roomates cars were broken into. Our Apartment was broken into and now I am being sued by the Heights for money still owed on my account... Biggest Sham of a place in the world. Something needs to be done with these people.

I lived in the Heights in 2005. In that time my neighbors car was stolen, anothers neighbors car was broken into and two guys on the third floor of apartment D were shot and killed in their apartment. After I moved out the management tried to charge me a carpet cleaning fee for water damage. The water damage was sustained by a flood from a bathroom leak that I had complained about incessantly for weeks and that they had failed to respond to until it flooded. Really awful place!!! If you want to sue them for later residents, I am in!!!
