I agree with everyone here! This place is a complete ---- hole!! Me and my roommate moved here recently from DC and, although old, thought it was a great deal in a great area. The place is a dump! Its infested with roaches, the management and maintance sucks ass, the parking is awful and there is hardly any lighting. The gate is always open and/or broken and many of the residents are really creepy. I have heard horror stores about rapes, shootings and stabbings, robberies, drug dealing ect. This place truly is the ghetto of Buckhead....DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Even though it is a great deal and utilities are included it is not worth it....my roommate and I cut our lease short 3 months b/c we could not take it anymore. Oh...and the AC is often broken....
