I'm a resident of this complex and i'm just waiting for the lease period to end to get out of this place. It's the worst place I've stayed at in Atlanta. I've had two laptops stolen and even been locked out of my house because they changed locks without informing me. And if that isn't enough, right now the air conditioning is broken - when the temp. is about a 100 deg. outside! They've been saying that it will be fixed for the last three days and nothing has happened yet. It's a renter's worst nightmare to say the least. The people at the leasing office behave very badly and do not care about what's going on with you. Please DONT STAY HERE even if you think the location and rent is attractive. Its filthy and looks like it will fall apart any minute. I've even called renter's rights enforcement and such offices to take a look at this place. Hopefully something will happen...........

i can not wait to get out of this place either.i have been waiting for them to fix my closet door..and it's been a month already.i'm so ready to move from here.about the AC...this is not the first time...it's all the time....
