The lower rent may attract you but dont let it fool you like it did me. The rates are low for the area but only because its a horrible place to live. We had a huge roach problem - everywhere (I can't even begin to describe). Management hardly had anyone come in and spray. We also had 2 leaks we had to put up with for 6 months that wasn't even fixed until we moved out! We also had to put up with 100 degrees for an entire week during the summer while the AC went out. Management is complete rubbish. We had 3 members of the Atlanta Police Department barge into our unit at 3AM looking for someone who didn't even live there anymore and they claimed they checked with management before our "early morning wake up call". After some research I found out that the complex's name was changed from the Summit at Lenox to the Heights at Lenox more than likely after the famous Brian Nichols break a few years back (everyone remembers him as the judge killer). Apparently he got off at the Lenox MARTA station and held up a woman in her apartment (THE SAME COMPLEX!!!). No wonder they changed their name and lowered their rates so much - I wouldn't have signed a lease if I knew that before hand. Do yourself a favor and don't even think about this place. Management needs to be changed and a complete overhaul of the complex needs to be done. I must add that some of the employee's in the leasing office were kind and helpful.

You are SO wrong. Brian Nichols was caught at a complex in Gwinnett county on Satellite Blvd., a few complexes down from where my mother used to live. You should do your research. You're just paranoid.

Regardless, the roach problem and the AC problem and the leak problems are all true. And they DID just get a new management company who is HORRIBLE. I had one girl in the office cop a ghetto queen attitude with me and tell me to get out of the office.

Yes Brian Nichols was arrested in Gwinett County. However, he spent the night in Summit at Lenox and held 2 apartments at gun point. This is a known fact to all who lived there and was also reported by NBC. He car jacked another person at night and went to satellite boulevard and was later caught. www.geocities.com/hatlenox
