Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
This place is terrible. The hot water has now been off for 3 days. The complex advertises central air and heat. They don't have it. It's been a miserable lease period. I'll be moving after the holdiays and breaking my lease. Just like someone else said, don't be fooled by the low rent. There's a reason the rent is low. This complex is the "projects" of Buckhead. The only thing positive going for this place is it's 1 block from Marta.
