Mostly low income, dirty, indisciplined people

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Stay away from this property if:

1. You don't like Hi-Hop music (its all over!)
2. You don't like to see stairs full or trash thrown by lazy people.
3. Lots of shady looking, drug dealers, moving around bare chested.
4. Mostly illiterate and undisciplined neighbors

Not safe for families!
Overall a dirty place. The Ghetto in Buckhead.

Lived here 1 year, moved out in June after my worst experience ever!
The elevators are full of trash and the stairs are full of trash.
